**Early Bird Promotions:
Enrol your kid(s) by July 15th
and save $20/child!
Enrol in 3 or more camp
sessions and save $105+!
Enrol 3 or more kids (family
and/or friends) and save $90/week!
Enrol 1 child in ALL camp
sessions and save $200!
Enrol 3 or more kids for 4
weeks (family and/or friends) and save $600!
We require a 50% deposit at time of registration with the remainder being due one week prior to any of the camp weeks.
We accept cash, Visa, debit, email money transfer, direct deposit, personal/company cheque (Subject to 7-10 day clearing period.) Therefore, if paying by cheque, remaining payments have to be made 2 weeks prior to the camp week.
Registration forms can be downloaded off our site, filled out and brought in prior to or on the FIRST day of the camp event. Forms are also available in our store. Failure to hand in the forms completed will result in your child(ren) not being able to attend. We require these forms for your kids safety in case of any emergencies. It only takes 5-10 minutes to fill out.
Pls remember to bring your child(ren's) health card, and doctor's information to be able to fill out the forms if filling them out in the store.
We can also mail out the form to you to fill out (Pls allow 2-3 business days for it to arrive).
There are only 15-20 spots available per event depending on which event you book, so please make sure to book early!
Refunds / Cancellation:
Prior to June 1st, 2008 refunds are available minus a $100 fee. After June 1st a refund (minus $100 fee) will only be given for medical reasons.
Reptile Kings' Summer Camp is not responsible for any bodily harm/injury/death, loss, stolen, or damage to the applicant's personal property, either before, during or after the camp weeks.
Your children's safety is of the highest importance to us. Our counsellor Sam Fard is certified in standard First Aid and CPR.
