Payment
Online Orders: We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, we also accept money orders, certified cheques, personal cheques (subject to 7-10 day clearing period), email money transfer, wire transfer and direct deposit into our bank account. All currency must be in Canadian dollars. For credit card payments, simply e-mail us which animal(s) you'd be interested in purcashing and we'll send you a PayPal invoice via e-mail for that animal to fill out securely, in order to send payment.
In Store Purchases: We accept cash, Visa, American Express and debit payments only.
Placing An Animal On Hold
An animal may be put on hold for a maximum of 2 weeks for a mere deposit of ONLY $20, OR 4 weeks for $40! If full payment is not received within that time frame, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable, unless other arrangements have been made.
NEW: Payment Plan Option!
We now offer a payment plan to all of our customers! On orders over $600CAN, we can gladly extend our 4 week hold policy up to an additional 4 weeks should you need it. All we require is a 20% deposit to place your animal(s)/supplies on hold. After that you can take up to two months to pay off the remaining balance! It doesn't get any more convenient than that.
If full payments are not paid prior to the 2 months deadline there will be a 10% interest charge per month thereafter.

Animal Guarantee
We guarantee our store housed animals for 7 days! This is much longer than many pet stores that we know of. This is because we're very confident in our husbandry methods and the quality of animals we bring in. Any animal(s) ordered in for purchase, per customer requests are guaranteed for 3 days.
If there is a problem with any purchased animal(s) after these time periods there is nothing we can do. Simply because we can't guarantee your husbandry methods.
Shipping
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping, once payment is received and cheques are cleared we will ship your order right away.
On shipments involving live animals we guarantee live arrival, and ship all year round, however we don't ship in terrible weather conditions which could place your reptile(s) at risk. If there is a problem with the order, we must be contacted no later than 24hrs after shipment has been received, at this time we will either replace your order or give you a full refund. We may ask you to send the shipment back to us for verification, with shipping being at your cost. Replacements or refunds are void if delivery is not made on the first attempt. Shipping Canada-Wide ranges anywhere from $35-$75, depending on your location.
