What to Bring | Camp Rules | BookingUnlike other camp programs we at Reptile Kings will take your children out on field trips 5 out of 5 days of the program! We don't waste your money or their time by spending it indoors during the nice summer months!
We'll hit all 4 corners; from the North, South, East and West! If there's reptiles or exotic animals there, we'll be there!!!

Reptile Kings has close connections with many of these zoos, and companies that we'd be visiting, therefore we continuously receive the best event packages at all the places we visit!
Take advantage of these very affordable prices! As low as $70/day! After the 5 day program your child(ren) will have gained a wealth of knowledge, and will most definitely talk your ears off regarding what they experienced. Always happens that way!

Come visit our beautifully designed exotic pet store anytime during our business hours before the camp events to get acquainted with our camp staff in order for you and your kids to feel comfortable with us and our exciting summer camp programs!
Visit our Camp Crew!Please note: Pick up / drop off times listed below, as each day has a different drop off time. Earlier drop off can be arranged for $2 per 15 minutes. Later drop off can be arranged at no later than 6:30pm at a rate of $2 per 15 minutes.
If you cannot pick up your child(ren) once we arrive from each camp event we can drop them off at your home for only $15.
Areas which we'd provide drop off at your home: Mississauga, North York, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, Thornhill, Markham.
Event 1:

Tuesday August 4th - Bird Kingdom (Reptile Zone: Touch and/or hold many of the animals ranging from scorpions, 100lb burmese pythons and more! Nocturnal room: We'll see bats eat (10:30am/2:30pm), and view many other nocturnal animals at their most active moments. We'll also visit the Main Aviary: the world's largest free flying Aviary with over 400 free flying birds!! Many more rooms to see as well! All our camp kids will be in the aviaries "Keeper for a day" program where you work side by side with their Live Collections team! Our camp kids will assist in making and feeding birds their breakfast, cleaning their cages, training birds and many other keeper duties.All camp kids will receive a Bird Kingdom t-shirt, and a certificate of completion. We'll also have a 45 minute nocturnal education program and more! This will be a trip to remember for many years! If you'd like to purchase some great souvenirs, make sure to bring some money. If you wish, the Bird Kingdom staff will take a picture of your child(ren) holding an exotic bird for additional purchase.

Wednesday August 5th - Ontario Science Centre with IMAX Experience! We'll be checking out the NEW "Lizards and Snakes: Alive!" exhibit! Featuring over 56 live lizards, and snakes from 5 continents. The exhibit displays the diversity of Squamates. (Squamates: The group that consists of legged and legless lizards, including snakes!) There's also many other phenomenal educational areas. Over 600 hands-on exhibits and activities to enjoy!) For some fun make sure to play this interactive game and find the reptiles hiding in the city!

Thursday August 6th - Zooz Niagara (hippos, fruit bats, royal python, and bald eagles will be one of many animals to see! Presentations we'll see: Siamang Tour (10:15am), Big Cats Tour (10:45am), Wonders of Flight (11:30am), Zooniversity (12:30pm), Hippo & Giraffe feeding (1:30pm), The Bear Facts (2:45pm), and primate tour. Make sure to bring swim wear as we'll be going to their Splash Pad to cool off! If time permits we'll also do some paddle boating and some catch and release fishing! Food can be purchased at the park (hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, chicken fingers, ice cream, soft drinks and more!)

Friday August 7th - Reptilia Zoo (We will have a private room for close to two hours where there will be games available; then a live reptile show within our room from a member of the Reptilia staff showing off their most amazing reptiles; PIZZA, cake and drinks; and then a hosted half hour educational tour of the Reptile Zoo. Afterwards there will be time for browsing the store, checking out many of the store's animals as well as the souvenir stands. Camp kids will have unlimited access to the zoo for the full day! There will be many phenomenal reptiles to see, ranging from alligators, snakes, lizards, big monitors, tortoises and more!! Camp kids will be able to touch, and hold the reptiles. We will also see the reptiles eat!!)
**No need to bring lunch when we visit Reptilia as 2 slices of pizza and drinks will be offered. However snacks would be a good idea. Cameras would be a great idea as well.

Wednesday August 12th - Toronto Zoo Part 2 (Canadian Domain, Eurasia, Indomalaya, Malayan Woods, Tundra Trek and we'll see the Sharks at Stingray Bay back by popular demand this year!!) We'll have the opportunity to interact with these wonderful, docile creatures!

Friday August 14th - African Lion Safari (We'll take a bus ride through the African jungle!! Pls bring swim wear as there will be a wet play area for kids. There'll be over 1000 rare and unique mammals and birds who are roaming freely! You will see big cats, baboons, white rhino, ostrich and so much more! We will also see many performances: Elephant Round Up, Birds of Prey flying demonstration, Parrot Paradise! We will also take a cruise on the "African Queen" boat. We will also visit their "Pets' Corner" and come close to many of their docile animals there! Lots of food available in the park for purchase or bring your own. This will be a trip to remember for many years!!

Event 3:

Monday August 17th - Bowmanville Zoo (Our camp kids will see live animals shows @ 12pm & 2pm, will take a train ride throughout the zoo and have a guide tell us about the many animals we see. There'll be daily animal presentations at 11am and 1pm in their indoor 400 seat ANIMATHEATRE. Bowmanville zoo is well known for their exceptional animal training and having many of their animals appear on hit t.v. series, blockbuster hit movies, and talk shows. We'll get to meet these famous animal celebrities :) Make sure to bring swim wear as kids will have a perfect time to get wet and cool down in their Animal Splash Bash!

Friday August 28th - Ontario Place (Pls remember to bring your swim wear as there will be many wet areas such as Soak City to play in! All camp kids will receive the 'Play All Day Pass' giving them access to many rides and attractions throughout the day! Some rides include: Mini bumper boats, mini greens, power wheels track, super slide, wilderness adventure ride, paddle boats and more!! This will be a great way of ending Reptile Kings' 2009 Summer Camp Program!
We will be taking TONS of pictures at these events that'll be available on our website for viewing! See pictures of your child(ren) petting, holding, and/or feeding animals!
